Get obsessed with the idea of a new camera, read every review ever published online, check prices, reread every review, talk to friends who are more knowledgeable about photography than you, reread every review, start learning the different functions on each camera, watch videos about photography (add Photoshop CS4, Elements 6, Lightroom, HDR photography and Photomatix Pro 3), buy a new Nikon D90 with an excellent lens plus plus etc.
Realize that taking good pictures is really, really hard(perhaps I’ll get there in a year or two). Ye, I know its a little bit skewed, but its 3 AM and I’m still drunk (Hey, it was with work! Gotta take one for the team, even on a Thursday!
Larger size here)
But onwards to the music!
Starting out with Digitalism. Their last album was a blast with favorites such as Pogo and Idealistic. This is a remix of Taken Away.
Digitalism – Taken Away (Lalorys Modern Romance Remix)
Imogen Heap shouldn’t be an unknown name for most of you, neither should this song in its original version be. I’m a bit ambivalent to this remix. I don’t think its as good as the original, but that’s perhaps impossible, so who cares.
Imogen Heap – Hide and Seek (DVW Spring Remix)
This song makes me look forward to summer for some reason, and dancing not the least! It starts pretty chill, but from around 2:35 its all good. And of course, it has been mashup’d to a song which is one of my favorite mashup song, and even one my dad liked, so you can guess they are not remotely similar in style!
Jody Wisternoff – Starstrings (Dabruck and Klein mix)
The mashup which makes me happy no matter what. “Ain’t no mountain high enough! Ain’t no valley low enough!” Go Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross amongst other!
